Foyer was designed in 1783 by Yuri Velten and decorated by Benois. Foyer linking the Great Hermitage and the Hermitage Theatre. The State Hermitage museum (Winter Palace, Small Hermitage, Old Hermitage and New Hermitage) was founded in 1764 by Catherine the Great.
